Over My Objection…
…Annie wanted us to watch “Commando,” an old Schwarzenegger movie, this afternoon.
Even though I hadn’t seen it I knew that it wasn’t our usual “chick flick” fare.
She had seen it before, though, and it didn’t take long for me to figure out why we were watching it.
Schwarzenegger must have been in his absolute top physical condition because I just kept sitting there thinking, “Oh, Arnie!”
He looked magnificent— especially when he started rowing that boat.
Oh my Lord.
I’d never thought of Arnold as my type, but this afternoon— I made an exception…

God, I hate that word. There is so much baggage associated with it and until recently I didn't even really apply it to myself. I've always just been "a woman." It is accurate, though, so I guess there is no avoiding it.
